Created and delivered by Dr David Poole, former Macquarie University Lecturer in Entrepreneurship, Dragon's accredited Certificate IV in Small Business Management has been designed to provide engaging learning in many of the critical of entrepreneurship and small business management. The Dragon Certificate IV in Small Business Management is designed to fulfil the training needs of individuals who are establishing or have established small businesses, or are responsible for managing such businesses. While this program has a particular focus on creating a business plan for a new business, it also considers the detailed knowledge and skills associated with running and operating a small business, from managing finances to marketing and pursuing innovation. The legal and risk management aspects of the environment for small business in Australia are also considered.
Undertaking this program, you will:

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for previous studies so that the Certificate IV in Small Business Management may be completed more quickly by some learners.
